Matt had a pretty good day today. We watched the Saints whup up on the Raiders. I sort of feel sorry for the Raiders because as a Saints fan, I've been on the losing end of a lot of these type of games. Matt seems to have a little more energy since he's been getting the IV nutrition consistently for a couple of days. Tonight they start him on a different IV nutrition called TPN which has more than twice as many calories as what he's been getting.
We're in a holding pattern until Monday when he has his J-tube surgery. After that, we're off to Johns Hopkins when he is fit to travel.

ReplyDeleteYour dad's Blog is a great way to communicate. I am glad you are getting the second opinion at Hopkins. The travel may be a hassle, but it will be worth it. We will arrange to visit when you are here. Love the Lynch family.
