Matt will be arriving at Johns Hopkins Hospital at about 2:30 pm tomorrow! This is a real answer to prayer. In less than 24 hours, our insurance company approved and processed a transfer via air from Ochsner in N.O. to JH in Baltimore.
An ambulance will pick Noel and Matt up tomorrow morning at 9:30 am, bring them to the airport and they will fly to Baltimore. Another ambulance will pick them up in Baltimore and bring them to JH Hospital. Only one of us can go on the flight so Noel won the lottery and she will be traveling with Matt along with a nurse.
I am going on a Southwest flight tomorrow and will arrive there about 3:00 pm. Many thanks to Keith Muller for generously donating a SWA frequent flyer ticket for me to use for this flight.
We have a place to stay right across the street from JH Hospital. I will update this blog while we're in Baltimore so you all can keep up with what we're doing there.
Please keep praying that Matt will be fully restored to health.

Praise God! May the Lord guide the doctors at JH to assist Matt to return to health and to give you and Noel clarity and guidance in how to help him and what decisions to make.
