We had a nice evening last night. After we left Matt at a bout 8, we went to eat at a restaurant that one of the nurses recommended, Mt. Vernon Stable and Saloon. The food was good and the time spent together was very enjoyable.
After a nice breakfast at RMD House, the normal 20 minute ride to the hospital took us about 45 min. This is because we had to pick our way around the Baltimore Marathon course, which somehow managed to block off the whole city.
Matt had a good night and is not yet having any side effects from the new chemo meds. The doctors came in and looked at him and think is is doing fine.
Matt is looking forward to the LSU game tonight. No Saints tomorrow so we have decided to cheer for the Ravens this weekend.
Noel, Lizzy, David and I have passes to the National Aquarium courtesy of RMD house. We're going to go visit for a little while this afternoon then come back and watch the game with Matt.
