Matt is still having a rough time with his coughing fits. He was also a little down today because its Christmas and he's here in the hospital. Please pray for encouragement and healing for him.
On the plus side, we had a nice time this morning opening our presents as a family. Matt has collected quite a lot of "loot" over the last couple of weeks thanks to all of the wonderful organizations that visited him here at CH.
Also, Lolly K (I can barely pronounce her name much less spell it!) and her wonderful family came up for a visit this evening. It was very nice for Matt.
We are really looking forward to our good friends, the Summers, visiting New Orleans from Denver tomorrow thru Sunday.

merry christmas matt and family. so glad for the good news about spinal results. i know it must have been hard not being home sweetie but next year will be great, i know it. happy to hear that david came up with phyllis ann and micheal. im sure he will be back soon. phyllis said he enjoyed the visit and asked her to call him when she returns. still praying hard for you to come home soon.
