Matt has been having a bit of a hard time recovering this cycle of chemo. The Docs tell us that this is because the effects of the drugs are cumulative. His counts are finally coming up though and his infections are gone.
He got into the wheelchair today for about 1/2 hour and moved himself down the hall using his legs. He was too nauseated to do much with OT but did work with the PT folks.
Matt was going to watch the replay of the Saints game on NFL Network tonight (it'll be easier to watch now that he knows the results).
Come on by and visit if you have time. He loves it when people visit him.

sure wish i could come see you matt, i think about you so much and you are the first person in my prayers at night. if we come down after the first of the year i will make sure to come see you. keep fighting sweetie, you are the strongest man i know.
