Matt is now getting his first 2 units of blood. The cardiologists hope this will also help his heart to stabilize as well as raise his hemoglobin counts. The surgeon came in and sutured his j-tube back into place. The resident then came and removed the staples from his surgery 3 weeks ago.
He did get a nap today just not as long as he would have hoped for.
Mrs. Pat and I are staying here until he has finished getting his blood so that we can keep an eye on him.

You know it is a good thing you stayed with him cause he just might have a party with nurses. Matt no partying till mom and grandma leave, then party on. Get Well Soon . Love you guys.
