They had to move Matt to the Pediatric ICU today. This is not due to a deterioration in his condition but due to the amount of time the nurses have had to spend with him. He needs more individual attention right now and the PICU is where he can get it. Noel and my mom will still get to spend a lot of time with him because the PICU is not as strict about visiting hours as the adult ICU.
Matt stood up again today (with help) and did his PT sitting on the edge of the bed.
When Jim Holland got there, Matt was very excited and gave him a big hug.
The echo cardiogram that he had this morning showed no significant change from the last one he had.
Noel is a little down about the move to the PICU so please pray for her and that Matt won't have to stay there very long.

ReplyDeleteNoel, I just wanted to tell you how blessed Matt is to have you as his mother. May God give you extra strength today for all that HE has planned for you and Matt; and give you sweet rest when not with Matt. Love you and praying.
