This morning Matt worked with the "dynamic duo." His one question after having stood twice was, "How is this going to help me to walk?" Holly then explained to him that they have to strengthen his legs before he can walk.
Shortly after therapy, Matt had his wound dressing changed. Once he was finished with that, the speech pathologist came in to work with Matt. She said she noticed improvement from last week.
After everyone left, Matt wanted to get on his computer to play. He is becoming a real expert at Burger Island.
We are enjoying the break now, but, I know the trach change team will be coming soon to disrupt Matt's game playing time. HA HA HA!
