Matt's counts are lowering, which is expected.
I just watched as Matt walked, using a fancy walker, from his bed to the window, sat in the wheel chair, moved it to the door, then walked from the door to the window. Yes, I cried, no surprise! As if all of that wasn't enough, the dynamic duo then helped Matt stand on a scale. Once we had a weight, they moved him to the bed and began doing some reaching exercises while he sat up on the side. Matt did an excellent job. So good, Mom gave him a foot rub as a reward.
Have not seen the doctors yet. Although, before he worked with Holly and Francesca, he had his trach changed. He was watching the respiratory therapist the whole time since Matt found out before he started that he was a FALCONS fan. He did a good job despite our differences.
